Lisa delivers highly informative webinars that skillfully blend scientific knowledge with practical culinary application. For example, her presentations on "Heart Healthy Food" and "Cooking for Hormonal Well-Being During Perimenopause & Menopause" were fantastic resources for attendees. The initial 20-30 minute segment was perfectly paced, offering clear, concise, and easy-to-understand insights into the dietary needs for both heart health and managing menopausal symptoms. Lisa presented information in an accessible way, making it relevant and actionable for a diverse audience. The highlight for many was the latter 30 minutes, where Lisa transitioned seamlessly into a live cooking demonstration. This "how-to-cook" segment brought the theoretical knowledge to life, providing tangible examples of delicious and healthy meals. Her instructions were clear, engaging, and inspiring, giving attendees the confidence to try these recipes at home. Lisa's webinar was a well-structured, engaging, and exceptionally valuable session. Her expertise, combined with her ability to present and demonstrate effectively, made for a truly impactful experience.

From the moment I met Lisa, I knew I'd found someone extraordinary... Lisa is easy to work with, professional yet approachable, flexible, extremely knowledgeable, and super fun! Lisa led an interactive presentation to our group of approximately 50 Yelp employees spread out across North America. Our group walked away super inspired. Lisa shared her own story and educated us all with some healthy snack hacks. She answered questions related to the recipes and just about healthy eating in general. If you're seeking any kind of coaching, customized healthy culinary class, or overall wellness inspiration, look no further than Lisa Roberts.

Time and again, Lisa Roberts has delivered vibrant, highly engaging, relevant, practical, and deeply meaningful workshops for our alumni program. Most recently, Lisa Led our alumni through an in-person weekend workshop, “ New Year Rituals - Launching into the New Year with Positive & Healthy Intentions.” Not only is Lisa extremely organized and articulate in her delivery, but she also does an outstanding job of engaging her audience throughout a multi-day retreat. We continue to receive extremely positive feedback from attendees, even months and years after her events. Her ability to engage the audience with an interactive workshop is outstanding. Attendees left feeling energized, inspired, and equipped with practical tools they could immediately apply. A refreshing and terrific way to kick off the new year, or any journey for that matter! We would be thrilled to invite Lisa back on a regular basis! Whether online or in-person, she is hands down one of our all-time top workshop facilitators! 5-stars!

We had the great pleasure of having Lisa Roberts, Culinary Archaeologist, Nutritionist, Chef, and Leader in Food as Medicine, teach a superb masterclass on wellness and healthy anti-inflammatory food choices during our school's Reunion Weekend. She was extremely informative and engaging. Her background in nutrition and culinary archaeology provided a wealth of knowledge to all those that participated in the class. She provided delicious food options for our participants to try as well as additional recipes to prepare at home.

In 2022, after I had surgery to remove my gallbladder, my doctors told me that my body would take up to a year to recalibrate the loss of a gallbladder, and that meant the possible side effects would be diarrhea. After 2 years with this symptom and multiple GI doctor visits and drugs, I was still suffering and had lost 25 lbs. My cardiologist insisted that I see Lisa. During my first appointment with Lisa, I shared my entire history and what I had been through. She listened, and she started asking me real questions about what I was eating. She introduced me to the low FODMAP elimination diet to see if I had some food sensitivities. When I looked at the list, I knew there were things on that list that I couldn’t digest so that was easy to identify, but there were other things that surprised me. Sure enough, they were also giving me digestive distress. After two months of diligently food journaling and writing down my symptoms after I ate, Lisa and I finally identified the key triggers to all of my digestive distress. Number one, I was very sensitive to gluten, and that was a hard pill to swallow. Number two, I was using monk fruit as a natural sugar alternative in my coffee every morning. When I eliminated coffee completely, that helped, but every time I reintroduced coffee and used monk fruit, I had a problem. However, I noticed when I went on vacation and had coffee and no access to Monk fruit, I didn’t have a problem. It was Lisa who identified the monk fruit! Even my G.I. doctor didn’t know what monk fruit was! I’ve now been gluten-free and avoid any artificial or sugar substitutes for about eight months. Am I perfect? Not always. But I always pay the price when I’m not perfect. I’m continuing to learn each day what I’m sensitive to and what I need to avoid. If it wasn’t for Lisa, I wouldn’t be writing this testimonial. If you’re having any sort of digestive distress, you don’t have to live that way. Talk to Lisa, she will help you just like she helped me. Thank you, Lisa. I’m forever grateful for your professional help and your friendship!!

Lisa worked with me on special events for our Yelp community, focusing on vegan and healthy eating. Her events were outstanding, and she made vegan eating approachable to a group of people unfamiliar with plant-based eating. What really resonated with our group was her incredibly open and friendly presence, without any other agenda other than to share her amazing recipes and have everyone enjoy crave-worthy food. She kept everything simple, yet so many concepts were new and refreshing, even to someone like me, a 20+ year vegan!

Lisa programmed a beautiful, warm and welcoming "self-love rituals" event for HeyMama that reminded us why we need to pour into our cup first. I look forward to collaborating again with Lisa who is a consummate professional who cares deeply about her work and those that she works with.

Lisa did a fabulous job presenting, “Cooking for Wellness: Elevate Your Recovery with Nutritionally Powerful Foods,” for the virtual Sierra Tucson Alumni Retreat. By mixing her personal journey and knowledge of nutrition, Lisa was able to convey how our eating habits not only benefit us physically, but emotionally as well.

I’d been working with my doctors for two years with no improvement in my health. Lisa walked me through step by step, going to the grocery store, looking at my food intake, eating out in restaurants, and changed my life. I can't express what a turnaround I felt, both physically and mentally, all due to her guidance and direct plan. Where Doctors had failed me, Lisa really came through.

I truly appreciate everything you have helped me with. I feel the positive effects of your support every single day. I'm still working, and while nothing is ever perfect, my confidence has significantly increased. I feel capable of handling much more than I did before we started working together. Thank you a thousand times over.
