LISA ROBERTS FOOD
HEALTH, NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE ADVISORY
As an Oxford-trained Archaeologist specializing in Food as Medicine, and a Strategic Advisor in Health, Nutrition, and Lifestyle, I guide leading organizations and a select number of private clients through my framework, The Archaeology of Well-Being™.
Together, we discover how you actually live and answer the question you have been asking yourself:
How do I build a healthier life that actually fits the life I'm living?
Through this process, you will come to understand that true health and nourishment aren’t about adding more optimization or hacks; it’s about uncovering what is already there and restoring the conditions that allow clarity and alignment to emerge in all areas of your life.
More about
LISA ROBERTS FOOD
I teach at Stanford University and New York University in Well-Being & Healthy Living, and am a frequent Guest Expert at Canyon Ranch, where I develop and deliver lectures on brain health, heart health, hormonal balance, microbiome health, and lifestyle alignment. My approach blends evidence-based science with the human stories embedded in ancient and Indigenous foodways, helping people reconnect to ritual, meaning, and sustainable health practices. Or, what I call, “the original longevity stack.”
My work with private individuals and leadership teams focuses on building structure, resilience, and clarity through science-backed rituals, intentional practices, and learning systems informed by ancestral wisdom and modern clinical research.
