TOGETHER AT THE TABLE
Perimenopause and menopause can leave even the most health-conscious women wondering how to nourish themselves in a body that suddenly feels unfamiliar.
If you've ever stood in front of the refrigerator thinking, What do I eat?
You're not alone.
Join me for three evenings of cooking, conversation, and evidence-based nutrition designed to help you navigate perimenopause and menopause with greater confidence, clarity, and ease.
Cook with Confidence Through Perimenopause & Menopause
August 6th, 13th & 20th 6:30 PM ET
At Every Stage, We Gather Around the Table
Throughout history, the table has been where we nourish, teach, celebrate, have the tough conversations, and care for one another. It’s also a place to learn how to turn that care towards ourselves.
Together at the Table was created in that same spirit: a gathering of women to learn, cook, ask questions, and support one another as they navigate perimenopause and menopause.
Together, we'll experience food as a window into a way of living that supports your health, your well-being, and your everyday life.

Bring everything together with realistic approaches to grocery shopping, meal planning, dining out, travel, and busy weeks, so healthy eating feels sustainable long after the series ends. -
Throughout history, the table has brought people together. This series is designed with that same spirit.
Learn alongside a community of women. There is time for conversation, shared experiences, and live Q&A throughout each session.
We are all here to welcome, embrace, and accept each other. Show up just as you are!
-
As we cook and talk, you will learn science translated into everyday practice.
-
Every recipe, strategy, and discussion is designed to help you feel more confident making decisions at home, at the grocery store, and around your own table.
-
The series may last three weeks, but the way you cook, shop, and care for yourself doesn't end there. You'll leave with recipes, recordings, shopping lists, practical strategies, and a new way of approaching everyday meals with greater confidence and ease.
